No...am on the PT plan....Physical therapy,had knee laprascopic (sp?)surgery just 4 weeks ago.....4 rips and tears...am only allowed to sit for short periods of time. Am doing great though,just my whole WORLD revolves around PT for 2 more weeks! Is very hard to sit still long, the knee gets tight and stiff, just have to get up and do walking. Standing isn't enough.
lol No, pilates at home, and too vigorously! Just goes to show that good trainers are worth it! I am liking these Da Vinci acrylics. Just bought a few more tubes from Cheap Joe's. Why doesn't Dick Blick carry it??? Will post the rock picture I did. (copied one of Don Gray's oil paintings off his blog page)
